How to Enrol:
STEP 1: Enrolment application packs are delivered to students who attend primary schools in our catchment area in Term 2 and are available from our school office or the application pack can be downloaded below.
STEP 2: Return completed enrolment application form and supporting documents to the school office where the application will be reviewed.
STEP 3: Every new student enrolment at Wellington Point State High School involves parents attending an online interview with their child, this can only occur once we receive the enrolment paperwork. Our school Enrolments Officer will liaise with parents to schedule this interview. Interviews are scheduled for the afternoon of Tuesday 9 June.
At Wellington Point State High School we value the partnership between home and school. The enrolment interview is an important opportunity for us to begin that relationship. Please allow at least 30 minutes to complete your interview. The school must review the application documents before making contact to provide the enrolment outcome.
Document Checklist:
- Student's birth certificate must be sighted at the office before enrolment can proceed
- A copy (not original) of last 2 school report cards and latest NAPLAN results
- For “in catchment” applicants – a copy of your current Rates Notice or Lease (if you are unable to provide these you must contact the Enrolments Officer)
- A copy of your recent utility bill (e.g. electrical or gas bill) showing the same address and parent's/ legal guardian's name as the enrolment application
- Enrolment application form (completed before the interview)
