On Friday 8 May, we’re excited to celebrate our school and the Wellington Point community with markets, food and drink stalls, games and activities, and live entertainment. We are inviting all local makers, businesses, primary schools, organisations and community groups to join us in a fun event that brings hundreds of families and community members through our school gates. With Mother’s Day just a few days later, it’s the perfect opportunity for Mother’s Day gifts and treats among the usual fun.
Stallholder benefits
- Logo included in school’s monthly newsletter in the lead up to the event
- Social media post (logo and images supplied by stallholder)
- Business name and description listed on online Vibe event landing page
- Opportunity to provide product to be included in raffle (basket with all stallholders) with promotion in the lead up and throughout the event
- All financial takings during the event, with only a small stall fee payable to the school

Stallholder deadlines and costs
- Student stall—early bird cost is $10 (then $15)
- Community stall—early bird cost is $20 (then $25)
To qualify for the early bird discount, please pay by Thursday 2 April 2026.
